Travel Plans: Please plan on arriving in Keystone no later than Monday, March 22, 2010 around 15:00 and plan your departure not earlier than Friday, March 26, 2010 in the morning. The conference will end late in the evening of March 25th.
Lodging: During March lodging in Zermatt is at a premium and the resort is likely to be fully occupied. We recommend to book your accommodation well in advance. The conference hotel is offering special rates for the workshop participants for the days of the workshop. However you are free to find accomodation yourself that answer your needs and budget.
Registration fees: The Workshop registration fees are 380 CHF (which is about 250 EUR). You will be able to register after you abstract is accepted via PayPal UK (www.paypal.co.uk) to globalsourcing2010@gmail.com (alternatively, contact organizers on globalsourcing2010@gmail.com expressing your interest to participate in the workshop and we will send you invoice via PayPal).
