



The First Workshop took place between 13th and 15th of March 2007 at Val d’Isere, France. It addressed aspects relating to the management of knowledge and innovation of IT and business services in global sourcing. This Workshop was partially sponsored by Accenture.
Best papers from this Workshop were published in the Special Issue of Journal of Information Technology published in March 2008 (vol. 23 issue 1) and in the book “Outsourcing Global Services: Knowledge, Innovation and Social Capital” published by Palgrave, London.
The Second Workshop that took place between 10th and 13th of March 2008 at Val d’Isere,
France focused on social, managerial and knowledge-
The Third Workshop that took place between 22nd and 25th of March 2009 at Keystone, Colorado discussed the impacts of global IS sourcing on engineering, technology and innovation management. We served as guest editors for a Special Issue in IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management that deals with this topic. This Special Issue will be published in 2011.

The Fourth Workshop that took place between 22nd and 25th of March 2010 in Zermatt, Swirzerland focused on the topic “Doing Better Through Outsourcing and Offshoring”.
